Rhubarb Bread


1 ½ Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Oil
1 Maple Shade Farm Egg
1 Teaspoon Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Sour Milk
2 ½ Cups Flour
1 ½ Cup Diced Rhubarb


½ Cup Chopped Nuts
½ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter


1. Beat sugar, oil and egg.
2. Mix soda into sour milk and add to first mixture.
3. Add flour then rhubarb..
4. Pour into two greased and floured tins.
5. Sprinkle with topping mixture and press into batter slightly.
6. Bake at 325 for one hour.


Enjoy with strawberry cream cheese or Maple Shade Farm Strawberry Jam!
