Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine or butter softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 ½ cups flour
• ¾ cup finely chopped nuts
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• Powdered Sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix margarine, ½ cup powdered sugar and the vanilla. Stir in flour, nuts and salt until dough holds together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet ungreased until set but not brown. Roll in powdered sugar while warm; cool. Roll in powdered sugar again, cool. Makes about 4 dozen. Enjoy!
