1/8 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp black pepper (ground)
3-4 Medium Zucchinis
1 block of mozzarella cheese
2 cups of spaghetti sauce
1. Slice zucchini and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle zucchini slices with salt and pepper
2. Coat a lasagna pan lightly with cooking spray and put in one layer of zucchini slices. Spoon some sauce lightly on the zucchini (too much sauce makes it runny).
3. Next layer mozzarella slices and repeat.
4. Cook until bubbly and cheese begins to brown approx. 20-30 minutes. If desired add Maple Shade Farm sausage or hamburger to the sauce.
